A 30% deposit is required on all orders over $800.

Because our prices are lower than our competitors, if you can find a cheaper price we will almost always beat it.

Do you offer a rush service?

A rush order is produced in 7 business days from the confirmation of your artwork and receipt of your payment. Payment must be received in advance by check or money order.

6. Color
Do you charge extra for more colors?

It's a proven fact color sells! We manufacture our magnets using a four color process. This means that you can have unlimited colors on your magnets for no additional charge.

7. Artwork/Setup
What's the deal with these artwork charges?

The Artwork/Setup fee pertains to the handling and administration of the setup of standard layouts from our gallery or on your own artwork. This is a set fee of $35 and covers:

Working on, adjusting and tidying up art.

Resetting copy, converting fonts.

Specific Pantone Matching System color matching.

Proofing artwork and confirming via email or phone.

Batching your order for production.

Processing your order for shipping/payment.

We have over one thousand standard layouts for you to choose from covering a huge range of industries. You can send us photo, business card, letterhead, brochure or digitally on a disk or via email.

For multiple orders or for Franchises, artwork/setup is only charged once (If the same logo is used) but with different telephone numbers and addresses.

8. Sizes
Do you make different sizes and shapes?

Due to our manufacturing process, we refer to all of our sizes as "approx". The reason is that we have over 20 different standard sizes which are all slightly smaller than the approximate size.

9. Quantities
Can I order less than 1000 or more than 50,000?

Click here to view all of our standard quantities. The smallest quantity is 1000 units. If you require a quantity that is not displayed on our web site, or you need a very large quantity, please contact us on

10. Quality
These prices are very low.....what is the quality like?

All of our magnets are manufactured from high quality materials. Each magnet will generally hold up to 5 sheets of paper, depending on grammage. Your customers will find them very useful and keep them for a very long time. If you would feel more comfortable to receive samples before deciding to order, please call us on

11. Resellers
Can I buy these magnets wholesale?
